Registration Closing for International Languages Elementary Program and Summer School
On behalf of Continuing Education, we want to share a reminder that registration will soon close for the following summer programs.

International Languages Elementary (IILE) Program – Registration closes June 15 at 11:59 p.m.
Learning a language is a valuable skill and experience that students can carry with them as they continue with their education for years to come. The IILE program exists to educate students with a new language and/or strengthen their skills in the language(s) of their choice. Students will learn to speak, listen, read, and write in these lessons, as well as have assigned homework and opportunity to participate in class.
Students currently in Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8 are eligible to participate. The summer program runs from July 4 to 29 (Monday-Friday). IILE Classes include:
- Online programs – 1.5-hour synchronous lesson per day (over MS Teams) in addition to assigned work
- In-Person programs – 2.5 hours of in-person instruction per day

Secondary Online Credit Summer School – Registration closes June 30 at 2 p.m.
In the summer of 2022, secondary students can take a full credit course (new or previously unsuccessful). All credit courses will be offered online.
Our registration process for Summer School requires secondary students to submit an online registration form. The results will be shared with their Guidance Counsellor, who will approve or modify the request. If students have a question or concern about their Summer School course selection, they should meet virtually/speak with their Counsellor.
