About Executive Compensation
The Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act (BPSECA) and Ontario Regulation 304/16 – Executive Compensation Framework requires Ontario broader public sector designated employers to develop an Executive Compensation Program to ensure a responsible, transparent, and consistent approach to setting executive salaries. This includes Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board.
For us to empower students to learn and grow their full potential in a diverse world, we need to be able to attract and retain quality leadership so we have developed, in consultation with the Government of Ontario, a new Executive Compensation Program to meet the requirements of provincial regulations.
