HWDSB Secondary Dance Festival

HWDSB Secondary Dancefest is a celebration of dance and creative movement welcoming Secondary schools from across the HWDSB. This is an opportunity for dance groups, teams and classes to prepare, perform, watch other groups perform and receive feedback from professional adjudicators on their individual performances. In the afternoon the adjudicators become professional dance workshop leaders as the students collaborate and learn together a variety of dance techniques and styles. An amazing few days celebrating everything DANCE in HWDSB! Festival days are split into a morning and afternoon session, with a lunch break in between. 9:00-11:00- Performance Sessions by all the groups 11:00-12:00 - Lunch & Adjudication 12:00-2:00- Workshop Sessions (2 Workshops with Experts in the Profession!)
