HWDSB to hold French Immersion Information Sessions

Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB) is holding four French Immersion Information Sessions for parents considering enrolling their child in French Immersion in Grade 1.

The four information sessions will take place on:

Information Session for A.M. Cunningham, Glen Echo and Michaelle Jean parents
7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 12 at Glen Echo (140 Glen Echo Dr., Hamilton)

Information Session for Norwood Park and Lawfield parents
7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 19 at Lawfield (45 Berko Ave., Hamilton)

Information Session for Earl Kitchener and Cootes Paradise parents
7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 24 at Earl Kitchener (300 Dundurn St. S., Hamilton)

Information Session for Dundana, Guy Brown, Fessenden and new Flamborough location (Sept. 2017) parents
7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 31 at Dundana (23 Dundana Ave., Dundas)

HWDSB offers French Immersion for students beginning in Grade 1 at specific schools.

Registration for the French Immersion program begins on Wednesday, February 1, 2017.
