Erase!
Skill: Addition Facts
Materials Needed: 7 dice, paper to keep score, 2-6 players
Players take turns rolling all seven dice and adding the numbers to get their score. However, if the student finds a combination of 7, those numbers are “erased” (removed) and not counted in the score. The player with the lowest score wins that round. E.g. A student rolls 4, 5, 6, 2, 8, 6, 3, they can pair 3 and 4 and the 5 and 2 so are left with 6+6+8=20
Track total scores over several rounds or just points for rounds won.
Around the House
Skill: Adding/ Subtracting and making expressions
Materials Needed: three dice, one piece of paper and pencil per player
This game can be played individually or in groups. Each player/group has their own piece of paper. They draw a house outline and put the numbers 1-10 around it. Players take turns rolling all three dice. They can use just two or all three of the numbers to make an expression equal to 1. If they are successful, they mark off one. Without re-rolling, the player tries to make and expression equal to 2, then 3, etc. until they are unable to make any more. Play goes to next person/group. The first player/group to cross out all the numbers around their “house” in order, is the winner.
Variations:
· 10-sided dice and numbers through 20
· Player could mark numbers off in any order
Race to 500
Skill: Multiplication by 10
Materials Needed: One die, paper for tracking score

Variations: Change the factor to multiply by (e.g. x5, x2, etc)
