4:30 to 7 p.m. – Student presentations begin at 5 p.m.

The Youth Eco Initiative is made up of secondary student leaders from across HWDSB. The group was formed out of the HWDSB Eco Summit, a now annual event where students spend a day at the Education Centre learning about environmental action.
This Earth Week Celebration is a chance for students to showcase their action items to deal with the climate emergency. Attendees will be treated to student presentations and activities, along with a chance to network with HWDSB’s environmental partners.
