HWDSB to Host Student Voice Summit
On Friday, April 28, HWDSB will be hosting a Student Voice Summit for students in Grades 7-10 from schools across the Board. 
This year’s theme is Let’s Talk About Bullying, which gives students the opportunity to share their voice and provide feedback on HWDSB bullying procedures, tools and documents, while building community with their peers.
The event takes place at the Education Centre (20 Education Crt.) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lunch and snacks will be provided.
Register to Attend
Students must complete the online Registration Form and submit a Trip Form to their school’s main office to attend. Registration spots are limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
The last day to register to attend the Student Voice Summit is Thursday, April 20.
Transportation
The following are transportation options for students to travel to and from the Education Centre:
- Bus – HSR tickets will be available for students upon arriving at school
- Parent/Guardian pick up and drop off
