Community Transition Network Hosting Pathways to Transition Event

The Community Transition Network (CTN) is a group that provides the opportunity for community partners in Hamilton to work collectively to support the transition of youth and young adults with disabilities to adult services and living. On Tuesday, April 23 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., CTN will host a Pathways to Transition event in collaboration with HWDSB. The event will take place at the HWDSB Education Centre (20 Education Court, Hamilton, ON).
