It’s International Child and Youth Care Practitioners’ Week!
I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the dedicated Child and Youth Care Practitioners (CYCPs) who tirelessly support the well-being and development of HWDSB students.
At HWDSB, CYPCs are members of the Specialized Services Department. Every day, they live out our core values – Dignity, Compassion, Trust, and Joy – when they support students who encounter struggles.
During Child and Youth Care Practitioners’ Week, we recognize the vital role CYCPs play at HWDSB. Your work directly impacts the lives of our students and their families, and your compassion, resilience, and expertise changes lives.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for all of the hardworking CYCPs who ensure that our children receive the care and support they need.
