HWDSB Now Accepting Rental Permit Applications for 2023/2024 School Year
HWDSB is now accepting rental permit applications for the 2023/24 school year. 
The last day to submit an application is July 16, 2023. All permits received before this date will be considered as a group and will be given priority for placement. Any applications submitted after this date will be processed once the first round of applicants have been placed.

- A change in participant profiles requires separate permits. For example, house league and rep or youth and adult or free and fee-based programs all require separate permit requests
- Please only submit permits for the amount of space you require. The permit application asks for your preferred alternatives if the space you request is not available. Any additional permits beyond the space your organization requires will only slow the process of permit allocation
- The 75% space cost subsidy for groups providing low cost/no cost programming for youth will be allocated based on the Priority Use Guidelines.
- Groups are required to cover all caretaking overtime costs for events held outside normal board operating hours (typically applies to weekend rentals)
