Are you or someone you know in Hamilton, Haldimand, or Niagara Northwest looking for a family doctor? The Hamilton Family Health Team (HFHT) is here to help through their Patient Attachment Program.

Every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, our friendly team will be at the Hamilton Public Library – Central Branch (55 York Blvd). Each week features a different healthcare professional available to answer your questions about health and how to connect with a family doctor.
