Collegiate Site Naming Advisory Committee Meeting – April 1, 2021
Dear Green Acres and R.L. Hyslop families,
As part of the Lower Stoney Creek Transitions Plan, the addition at the Collegiate Ave site is nearly done and the school is scheduled to reopen in September 2021. When it reopens, it will welcome students from Green Acres and R.L. Hyslop schools, which will both close.
The Collegiate Site Naming Advisory Committee is about to meet a second time to review results of a public consultation that provided recommendations for a new school name.
The committee’s next meeting is tomorrow, April 1, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. and will take place using Microsoft Teams.
