On behalf of the entire Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board, we extend our deepest gratitude to Pat Daly for his exceptional 36 years of service as Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board (HWCDSB).
Throughout his tenure, Pat’s unwavering commitment and visionary leadership have shaped not only HWCDSB but also the lives of countless students, staff, and families throughout our city. His deep belief in the power of education, combined with his dedication to Faith and servant leadership, has set an inspiring example for all of us to follow.
Pat’s legacy extends beyond the students whose lives he has positively impacted. His advocacy for the well-being and support of staff has been central to creating a thriving, nurturing educational environment where everyone—students and educators alike—can succeed. Through his efforts, he has helped build a foundation for a Catholic education system that remains strong, compassionate, and driven by a profound sense of purpose.
As Pat transitions into his new role as Executive Director of the Ontario Catholic School Trustees’ Association, we offer our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes.
