The SHSM–Non-profit enables students to build a foundation of career-focused knowledge and skills before graduating and entering apprenticeship training, college, university, or the workplace. Students will develop skills in the areas of problem-solving, analysis, communication, cooperation, ethical values, consciousness, and citizenship. Schools may focus on different areas within the sector, such as on international development or community action.
The Non-Profit SHSM is currently offered at Bernie Custis, Glendale and Saltfleet District. The Non-Profit SHSM is also offered at Sherwood and Waterdown District as FSL Additional Focus Programs.
