Work for Credit (Adult Co-op) Program – September to June

The HWDSB Continuing Education offers the Work-For-Credit Co-op program to already employed students with significant work experience, the opportunity to earn credits at their current employment.

Student Eligibility

What is Work for Credit Coop?  A cooperative education experience allowing participant to earn elective or compulsory group 1, 2 or 3 credits through a structured job or training experience.

Who can participate in the W4C Coop Program?  Participants must be over 21 with at least 24 credits and currently employed full time or participating in structured training to improve employment opportunities. Employer’s consent and a supervisor’s assessment of performance is also a requirement.
