Night School Applications 2018-2019, semester 1

The registration process is outlined below:

1. Students are to go on line, download, complete, & print the night school application form — found on line (link below). Please obtain parental signature.
   • www.hwdsb.on.ca – CCE website
   • SEM 1 Night School Registration Application – FILLABLE
2. Make an appointment with your guidance counsellor and bring the completed form.
3. Guidance counsellor to complete online form, cross enrol, and submit registration if student meets all prerequisite requirements.
