Human Rights and Equity (HRE) Community Advisory Committee – seeking applications

HWDSB is seeking applications for membership to join the Human Rights and Equity (HRE) Community Advisory Committee. We are looking for members who are secondary students,  parents/guardians/caregivers and organization representatives.  The deadline for application is October 13, 2023.

The HRE Community Advisory Committee provides advice, input and feedback using human rights, anti-racist and anti-oppressive approaches to support HWDSB’s commitment in identifying and addressing inequities in the education system and to create learning and working environment that are inclusive, equitable and welcoming.
