Community Transition Network Event – May 2nd 2023
The Community Transition network (CTN) is a committee that provides the opportunity for community partners in the Hamilton region to support the transition of youth/young adults with disability to adult services and adult living.
CTN is hosting an event that offers the opportunity for community agencies to share information about topics such as transportation, employment, funding, housing and other supports.
