Saltfleet Graduation Celebration 2021: MAP & INSTRUCTIONS

Hello Class of 2021!

Thank you for booking your time and date for the Saltfleet Outdoor Socially Distanced Graduation 2021-it’s almost here!  To help your grad appointment run smoothly please refer to the attached map and the information below.  Our protocols are directed by Public Health requirements that we understand make graduation less social than we’d all prefer, but that we must follow to best ensure safety for all.

Grad map 2021

  • Arrive no sooner than 10 minutes prior to the appointment & park in the grad parking area if driving
  • Walk to the welcome/COVID screening station and please have your completed COVID screening ready along with the screening for your guests (All graduates and guests must complete the screening which can be done online at COVID 19 school on line screening tool or you can download the form at COVID-19 screening form
  • Please note, masks must be worn by all grads and guests with the brief exception for photos
  • Grads and guests must also maintain a minimum 2 metre distance from other grads and households
  • Cap & gown pick-up will be at the screening/welcome station where you will also receive your grad program
  • After screening, walk to the numbered grad station where you have your booking to
    • Pick up your grad package (Students will be notified when diplomas and HWDSB awards will be available in July & monetary awards will be sent by cheque directly to students.)
    • Drop off your iPad and any Saltfleet materials
    • Enjoy the opportunity to take photos with those from your household who are attending with you
  • Walk back to your vehicle if you drove and exit according to the map
  • Please respect the 10 minute appointment time length
  • Follow public health protocols (2m distance between members of different households, masks except when doing photos) at all times
