Distribution of Mid Term Report Cards

Please see the below information regarding the distribution of mid term report cards.

Parents/guardians will receive a secure link via email.

Instructional information will be sent in the following format.

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Hamilton Wentworth DSB has prepared a secure document for you.
Due to Covid-19 you will be receiving an unsigned, electronic copy of the report card. A signed, official copy will be
placed in the student’s OSR, which is stored at the school.
This email contains a secure link to your student’s report card. When you click the link, you will be prompted to enter
in a password. The password will be your student’s date of birth, and it must be entered using the format
MM/DD/YYYY. Please note that the link will expire after 7 days and will no longer be accessible after this point. Once
the link is opened you have the option to download a PDF copy and save it for your records.
If you are not the intended recipient of this email: this message may contain information that is private and/or
confidential. Please do not open attachments or copy, share or forward the message. Email the school or call the
school immediately so that we may correct the problem and prevent it from happening again. Information privacy is
