University & College Applications

Attention Grades 12’s applying to University/College!!!

Deadline to apply to University is January 15th. 

With the January 15 application deadline quickly approaching, we once again ask that you urge those students who have not yet submitted their application to do so as soon as possible in order to to avoid the frustration of slower online response times and the chance of delays.   Please note that students are not able to view and make changes to their application until their payment has been received and processed by the OUAC. Payments made through online banking may take several days for us to receive and process. As credit card payments are processed immediately, you may wish to encourage your students to pay their application fees by credit card.

College Applications:

For College Applications, you will require your OEN number (and potentially student number)  found on your Report Card.  The deadline for College Applications is February 1st.

Please ensure that you are regularly logging in to checking your OCAS and OUAC accounts to verify that YOUR profile, course information, and marks are ACCURATE.  If you notice any errors, it is YOUR responsibility to report them to GUIDANCE immediately to ensure your application to University or College will be processed.
