Join the HWDSB Human Rights and Equity Advisory Committee

The Human Rights and Equity (HRE) Community Advisory Committee (the ‘Committee’) provides critical advice to the HWDSB Board of Trustees on policies and practices aligned with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Education Act. Guided by human rights, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive principles, the Committee supports HWDSB’s commitment to identifying and addressing inequities, and fostering inclusive, equitable, and welcoming learning and working environments, as outlined in the HWDSB Human Rights and Equity Action Plan.  We invite you to apply.
