Hamilton Wentworth Student Transportation Service  (HWSTS) – new process

As we prepare for the new school year, Hamilton Wentworth Student Transportation Service  (HWSTS) wants to inform you about an important update being communicated to families
regarding their subscription to the HWSTS transportation portal.

Starting in September 2025, HWSTS will implement a new process for accessing student transportation information. Access will only be granted to subscribers whose email address (used as the username for transportation subscribers) is listed as a contact for a student at that child’s school.

For clarity, if a parent’s email address used to access transportation information is NOT included in their child(ren)’s school profile, they will lose access to the HWSTS transportation portal when school resumes in the fall.

To ensure continued access, we ask subscribers to verify with their school that the email address linked to their subscription is associated with their child(ren).
