Dear Families,
With semester two underway, we are now looking towards commencement. This is an exciting
and special time for many of our families. Please allow me to share some specifics with you for
your planning purposes. All grade 12 students in the class of 2025, regardless of their graduation
status, are invited to attend this year’s commencement celebrations. Commencement details are
as follows:
Tuesday, June 24th, 2025 @ 4:30PM
The Grand Olympia Banquet Hall
660 Barton Street in Stoney Creek
The fee for commencement is $75 which will cover items such as cap and gown (students get to
keep both), grade 12 breakfast, décor, and other ancillary costs. This fee also includes four tickets
for friends and family to attend the ceremony. The seating is general admission and anyone who
wishes to enter the hall must be a ticketholder. Students who wish to purchase additional tickets,
may do so for an additional cost of $10/per ticket.
The commencement fee must be paid by Friday, April 25th, 2025 as we need to ensure there is
enough time for the cap and gown to be delivered. Students and families can pay through School
Cash On-Line or in the Main Office starting Monday, March 3rd, 2025.
