Catch-Up Vaccine Clinic – Thursday Feb 12

Hamilton Public Health Services will be holding a catch-up vaccine clinic at Glendale Secondary School on Thursday February 12, 2026 during the school day. This clinic is an opportunity for students to update vaccine records and/or receive missing childhood vaccines.  Please see the attached parent information letter for more information on the vaccines offered at this clinic and other important vaccine information for students. Immunization Parent Letter 2026.pdf

What you need to know:

• View vaccine records and/or report vaccines by visiting: www.hamilton.ca/vaccines or call Hamilton Public Health Services: 905-540-5250
• On the clinic day, wear a short-sleeved shirt and eat breakfast.
• Did you receive a vaccine reminder letter? If so, bring it to the clinic with your yellow vaccine card if you have one.
• Failure to report required vaccinations can result in future suspension.
