Preliminary Reports & Family-Teacher Interview Night
Preliminary Report Cards are going home electronically today, Monday October 20th, by Digital Document Delivery (email). Parents, caregivers and students (over 18) will receive a system-generated email with a link to access the report card. The password to access the report will be the student’s birthday using this format MM/DD/YYYY (including the slashes). Please ensure you open the link and download a copy of the report card for your own records. This link will expire in 7 days. If you have any questions or concerns about the reports, please connect with the classroom teacher.
Glendale Secondary School will be holding our Family-Teacher Interview Night on Thursday October 30th from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. Interview times can be booked online by visiting https://parentinterview.com/s/glendale beginning Tuesday October 21st at 8:00 am until Wednesday October 29th at 11:59 pm. If you wish to schedule a meeting with any of your child’s teachers, please follow the instructions below or see the attached information sheet. 1. Prepare a list with the names of each teacher you would like to meet with.
2. Go to the Glendale scheduling website at https://parentinterview.com/s/glendale
3. Enter your child’s 5 or 6-digit student number and click “Sign In”
You can find your child’s student number on their progress report.
4. Fill in your contact information and click “Continue to Make Appointments”
5. Click on the name of a teacher with whom you wish to schedule an appointment
6. Click on an “Available” time at which you wish to meet with that teacher
7. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 until you have scheduled all the teachers you wish to see
8. Click on “My Schedule” (top left of the page)
9. Print out, email or copy down your schedule
