Student Vaccine Clinic at Glendale – Thursday Feb 27
Hamilton Public Health will be hosting a vaccine clinic for Glendale Secondary School students tomorrow, Thursday February 27th, during the school day. If you have received a letter stating that your child’s immunization records are out of date, please send that letter with your student, along with their health card, if they plan on attending the clinic tomorrow. If your student has been vaccinated by another health care provider, please remember to report your updated vaccines directly with Hamilton Public Health. The school does not have access to medical information and cannot assist you with updating your vaccine records. Families are encouraged to contact their family doctor to have vaccines updated if needed. Please see the attached flyers for more information about what vaccines will be available tomorrow and how to prepare for the clinic day.
