Semester 1 Exam Schedule, Semester 2 Timetables

Semester 1 final evaluations will begin on Thursday January 23, 2025. Please see below for the full schedule. Students are expected to attend each final evaluation for a minimum of 75 minutes. Students who arrive to school by taxi or a school bus (not HSR) will be picked up at the usual dismissal time – 3:00 p.m.

Semester 2 timetables will be distributed at the beginning of Period 1 final evaluations on Thursday January 22. Students with a period 1 spare or eLearning can pick up their printed copy in the Main Office.  Guidance counsellors will be available during exams days for any timetable concerns—students are welcome to drop in after exams to make any timetable changes if necessary.

At the start of semester 2, guidance counsellors are reserving three (3) days for dropping and adding classes (Wednesday, February 5 to Friday, February 7) so students should see a counsellor before the end of the semester if they need to make a change. These dates in February will be on a drop in basis and no appointments will be made.

Thursday January 30 is a PA Day, there will be no classes. The first day of Semester 2 is Friday January 31. Students who are not returning for Semester 2 are reminded to return their iPad/laptop (including charging block & cable) as well as any other outstanding classroom materials.
