The Hamilton-Wentworth Interscholastic Athletic Council is proud of its history. From small beginnings in 1935 as the Hamilton Interscholastic Athletic Council, through a the period of the late 1960′s and most of the 1970′s when the Council included athletics with Hamilton Catholic high schools, to 1998 when the former Wentworth County Board of Education joined forces with the Board of Education for the City of Hamilton, many champions have emerged.
This page allows all those athletes and coaches – and anyone else with an interest – to search back through the years and remember many of the championship teams that have been part of a glorious past.
