School Vaccine Reminder and Clinic Dates

As shared in our January Community Newsletter, initial screening letters were mailed to students’ homes (beginning on January 7th) who do not have updated immunization records listed with Hamilton Public Health. Below is some important information regarding this process as well as information on upcoming vaccine clinics, including the clinic on Tuesday February 18th here at Westdale.
