We Help Winter Update – Supporting Mental Health

As the daytime light becomes shorter, the nighttime darkness becomes longer, and the temperatures become colder, it is not unusual to feel a decline in our mental wellness. There are ways that parents and caregivers can help their loved ones to navigate the colder months, manage exam and academic related stress in the new year, and help to improve their overall mental well-being.
