iPad & School Material return for students not returning to Westdale
Dear Students of Westdale Secondary School,
Please see the information below regarding iPad return for graduating/non-returning students and School Material Return (textbooks, musical instruments, library books etc.) for all students:
iPad/School Material Return for Graduates Attending the Walk/Drive Thru Celebration:
Graduates who book an appointment for the Walk/Drive Thru Celebration on June 22nd are to return their iPad/School Materials at their appointment time.
iPad/School Material Return for Graduates not Attending the Walk/Drive Thru Celebration, Students not Returning to Westdale and All Other Students who have School Materials to Return:
Please follow the iPad/School Material return process below.
Thursday June 24th: 10am-2pm, ramp doors
Friday June 25th: 10am-2pm, ramp doors
Instructions for Returning iPad/Charger and School Materials
- Families are asked to place the device in a plastic bag with the charger
- Any other board material to be returned should also be placed in a plastic bag
- Label the bag(s) with the student’s full name and attach to the bag
- One person is to walk up to the designated table outside of the school and place the items in the bin labelled – “drop-off iPads” or “drop-off other”.
- Once the device/material has been placed in the bin, the person delivering can leave and the school will record the delivery.
- Please note: if someone is in the process of dropping off a device, please wait in line in the marked area with at least 2m of distance from the others and wait until the area is clear before proceeding to the bin.
