Transcripts:

Students who have completed high school since June 2016 may obtain their transcript through the Student Services Department (please contact Ms. C. Podedworny – 905-383-3337 ext. 4355).  Students who have been out of high school previous to June 2016 must contact Student Records at the Assessment Centre to obtain their transcript. Please note that if you attended another HWDSB program after leaving Sherwood, you may have to go through the Assessment Centre to obtain a copy of your transcript as we may not have access to your student record.

The Student Services Office is located next to the Main Office.  The office is open from 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Appointments:
