Sherwood Transition Update – July 28, 2022

Dear Sherwood students and parents/guardians,

Thank you for your interest in the ongoing work at both Sherwood locations.

Staff are working hard in preparation for the September start at the Sherwood (Palmer Road) location.

The following work is scheduled to take place throughout the summer and will be ready for the return of students and staff in September 2022:

• Exterior Work:
  • Clean up of grounds
  • Graffiti removal
  • Health and Safety repairs such as repair of broken steps and filling of potholes
  • Replacement of broken windows
• Interior Work:
  • Painting, as required for rebranding
  • Cleaning throughout
  • Health and Safety repairs
  • Electrical, plumbing and mechanical inspections and repairs as required
  • Gym floor refinishing
  • Installation of necessary equipment in technology rooms and speciality programs as required

We look forward to welcoming students and staff to the Sherwood (Palmer Road) location!
