We are excited to finally be able to say diplomas have arrived. Due to the pandemic, there was a delay in receiving them from the Ministry. NOTE: Diplomas and transcripts are issued in LEGAL NAME ON RECORD WITH THE SCHOOL AS OF JUNE 2020. 

To the graduates themselves: as diplomas are legal documents, you must let us know who is picking it up for you if you cannot attend. We will do a verbal/visual confirmation with those sent on your behalf. Anyone entering the school will need to provide their name and phone number for contact tracing purposes. Furthermore, we ask that those coming to pick up diploma packages comply with public health and wear a mask to cover their mouth and nose upon entering the school.

Please email Ms. K. Chamoun the date and time you hope to be able to pick up the diploma and Ms. Chamoun will confirm by email. Please enter through the High Street entrance (front of school).

If you have moved out of the city, please contact Ms. K. Chamoun directly to make alternate arrangements.

If you still have a board issued device (iPad, cables, tablets), we ask that you drop it off when you come to pick up your diploma package so that we can update our inventory records.
