Guidance Appointments
Guidance Counselors will be available for limited appointment booking starting August 31. Until further notice, appointments will be virtual through MS Teams or by phone. There is minimal space in courses, so appointments will be booked ONLY for students who:
- Have a SEEGU1 code in their timetable
- New student registration
- Attended summer school so need to change courses based on summer school achievement
- Are lacking a prerequisite for a course in their current timetable
- Are requesting a change to eLearning courses
- Are changing pathways (eg Academic to Applied)
- Require post secondary prerequisite changes in senior courses
Unfortunately optional course changes cannot be considered at this time.
Students requiring an appointment will be able to book through the new Hub Guidance page, so keep an eye for when it’s live. Questions for Guidance counselors can be directed to their email. Counselors are assigned by student last name.
