Prom Project Hamilton is a “pop-up shop” style event that provides students from across Hamilton the opportunity to pick out formal wear for proms, graduations, banquets, and other special events, free of charge. Formal wear selected by students can be fitted by our on‑site alterations team, based on the skills and capacity of available volunteers. While we aim to help as much as possible, not all alteration requests will be possible.
Students MUST register for an appointment time and are welcome to bring a guest, if they would like. There’s a limit of ONE (1) guest per student. Our inventory depends on the donations we receive, so sizes, colors, and styles may be limited. Each student MUST be registered individually.
Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis, and will close on March 25, 2026.
This event is free, but your cash donations help future students have equal opportunities to learn, grow and succeed!
