IPad Collection

Attention OP Students and Families:

All students are required to hand in their iPad with case, beginning Monday, June 13th. Devices will be collected in the Library Learning commons from Monday June 13 – Tuesday June 21. Students are reminded to back up content prior to returning the iPads to the Library Learning Commons. (Students can come anytime, before, during and after school, starting Monday, June 13th.

ALL students need to hand in their iPads by the end of the day June 21st unless:

1.  they are in credit rescue or

2. they are taking Summer School

Students taking Summer School must email us at [email protected] or [email protected], indicating they are registered for summer school. This will ensure their iPad is not locked down for the summer.

All other iPads will be locked down in the first week of the summer holidays

Steps to handing in your iPad: 

• back everything up on the device (Notability to OneDrive – see this video to make sure your Notability is backed up BackingUpNotability.MP4 , photos to OneDrive or cloud, any other apps you have saved content)
• Remove lock screen code
• Have your iPad charged on the day of return
• Make sure you have the case (front and back)
• What you give us is what you get back! 

 Credit Rescue Days: 

• If you need your iPad for credit rescue it is YOUR responsibility to get it back to us right after you complete your course.
• The VERY last day to return the device is June 28th. Bring it to the library. If no one is in the library go to the main office.
