Student Retrieval of Personal Items

Orchard Park Students / Parents / Guardians:
As a result of the school being closed for the remainder of the 2019-2020 academic year, we are organizing appointments for the retrieval of student belongings. Orchard Park students will be permitted into the school to retrieve personal belongings according to the following schedule:
Students with LAST NAMES begining with:
A – G – Friday June 5 – 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
H – O – Tuesday June 9 – 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
P – Z – Thursday June 11 – 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Students who need to return textbooks, can do so according to the above schedule as well.  Instructions for making an appointment are below:

Instructions:

  1. Go to the Orchard Park Secondary School scheduling webpage https://opss.parentinterview.com
  2. Enter your Student Number or your child’s Student Number and click “Sign In” (The Student Number can be found on any report card)
  3. Fill in your contact information and click “Continue to Make Appointments”
  4. Select the Letter Range that applies to you or your student
  5. Select a  time at which you wish to visit the school
  6. Click on “My Schedule” (top left of the page)
  7. Print out, email or copy down your schedule
Please note, students (or their Parent/Guardian) MUST schedule an appointment to pick up personal belongings BEFORE coming to the school.  Entry to the school will be allowed through the FRONT DOORS only.  You will be required to sign in when you enter and sign out when you leave.
Students/Parents/Guardians are required to follow Public Health Guidlines, and must NOT enter the school if:
 they are experiencing fever, cough or shortness of breath (even when they are not active) 
 they are experiencing 2 or more of the following symptoms: muscle aches, fatigue, headache, sore throat or runny nose 
 they have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days 
 they are in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 
 they are in close contact with a person who is sick with new respiratory symptoms or who recently travelled outside Canada 
 they are sick or feel unwell
Should you wish to delete an appointment you have made, click on “Delete” beside the appointment you wish to have removed from your schedule.  If you misplace your schedule, you may use your Student Number to retrieve your schedule from the website at any time. If you need help using the service, please email [email protected]
