When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. from February 27 to April 5, 2018 (Excluding school holidays)

Where: Sir Allan MacNab Secondary School, Room 1013

for success on the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test

How to Register: Must be a student preparing to write the OSSLT in Spring 2018

Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB) is launching an extensive well-being campaign to build a culture of help in every school and department. The We Help campaign – developed with input from students, staff and families – encourages helping and help-seeking behaviours, knowing that we all need help at times. It will also entail classroom discussion and skill-building so that all students know how to help each other.

    Watch: Just One Wish Kindness Awards
    The third annual Just One Wish Kindness Awards were held on July 1, 2017 in Gage Park during the It's Your Festival celebrations for Canada's 150th birthday. Organizers honoured 151 children (150 for Canada's birthday and one for good luck), age 4 to 18, from across HWDSB for their kindness. These children exemplify what is means to be Canadian and what Canada is all about. Congratulations to all!
