Remote learner iPad pick up and damaged iPad dropoff:   Friday Sept. 18 12-2pm outside the front doors of the school

Any remote learner who has not been assigned an ipad and needs one for school work, can pick up a staged ipad on Friday Sept. 18 between 12-2 .  The Digital Tools permission form must be completed in the parent portal.  This form does not need to be printed. We will be able to check the portal.  If you can’t access the parent portal, we will have paper copies that parents can fill out on the spot.

Please note that if your student was given a device to use for Remote learning during the Covid shutdown, this device must be returned before a new device can be assigned. If you have one of these devices, please return it to us on Friday so we can assign the student a new device.   Please place the device in a plastic bag and mark the student’s name on the bag.

The grade 9 devices will all be staged ahead of time and can be picked up from 12 – 2 at the front doors.

 If you are a grade 10-12 student who has not contacted Mrs. Pounder about getting an ipad, please contact her ASAP via email.  The ipad must be set up ahead of time as it takes about 20 mins to set up and this can’t be done on the spot. 

If you are having problems with your HWDSB account or device problems, please email [email protected] and briefly outline the problem.   Please be patient as we work through the problems.
