COMMENCEMENT FEE:
Available for purchase March 24th – April 13th
– fee includes cap and gown, 2 guest tickets for the ceremony, parking at the venue, ticket to the Commencement breakfast
– on sale through School Cash Online (preferred) or in the main office (cash or debit/credit)
PROM TICKET SALES:
Available for purchase March 24th – May 4th
– on sale through School Cash Online (preferred) or in the main office (cash or debit/credit)
– all guests who do not attend MacNab must fill out a Guest form (can be picked up from the main office)
– guest tickets must be purchased from the main office (cash or debit/credit)
EXTRA CEREMONY TICKETS – $10 each:
Available for purchase March 24th – April 13th
– because seating is limited, at this time students may purchase 3 extra ceremony tickets through School Cash Online or in the main office (cash or debit/credit)
– any remaining tickets will be made available and can be purchased on a first come first serve basis from the Main Office beginning April 15th (cash or debit/credit)
GOWN AND CEREMONY TICKET PICK UP
June 16th – 20th
– available for pick up at the school during school hours from the main office

Students should continue to check their HWDSB email as well as the Commencement 2024-2025 tab on the school website as updates and information will be posted periodically.
Please note that Commencement activities are for students who entered into their grade 12 year in 2024-2025 (year 4 cohort). The Grade 12 Prom will be open to all grade 12 and 12+ students including those in their 5th year.
