Regarding Police Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening:

Parents, please check the date of issue on your last Police Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening.

If it has been 3 years since your last Police Check, please re-apply if you plan to continue volunteering in the school.

Applications are available in the school office, or you can apply online.

Please note that you must include “Vulnerable Sector Check” when you apply.

If you are unsure of the last date of issue, school office staff can provide that information for you.

An Offence Declaration Form must be completed, every September, by everyone who has a valid Police Check.
