Welcome to Waterdown D.H.S. – a school with more than 150 years of history, tradition and excellence! We encourage everyone to get involved. Below are some important dates:

June 16 – Locker Clean Out
June 17 – 22 – Grade 12 Final Exams
June 22-28 – Grade 9 -11 Final Exams
June 27 – Grad Gown Pickup 11am-1:30pm, Student Services
June 29 – Graduation at Hamilton Place 4pm

 

**Please note: Grade 12 Grad Portfolio’s and All Grades Final Report Cards will be available for pickup at the school, starting July 11 from 8:30am – 1:30pm

All lockers must be cleaned out by June 28 – Items remaining will be donated and/or discarded

All Library books are now due – Please return any signed out books to the Library

    Watch: Young Mother Gives Valedictorian Speech
    Taylor Pipe is class valedictorian and a young mother. When she speaks of the challenges of completing high school while raising a child, her classmates can fully relate. Ten young mothers working in partnership with Grace Haven and HWDSB received their high school diplomas with their children taking part in the celebration. Grace Haven School run by the Salvation Army is an education program catering to prenatal and postnatal teens in Hamilton. Watch Taylor's inspirational speech about rising to life's challenges.
