COMMENCEMENT 2025
Graduation Photos were taken during the week of December 16-20, 2024 in the Learning Commons at OP. If you have not had your grad photos taken, please contact Pegasus School Images directly at: 1-800-461-6575
Commencement Brunch is happening during timeframe 2 on Thursday April 24, 2025 in the OP Cafeteria.
Valedictorian Nomination Speeches will happen during the Commencement Brunch. For more information please see Ms. Levely.
Community Service Hours: Students must complete a minimum of 40 Community Services hours as a requirement for Graduation (as per the Ministry of Education) and are due Thursday April 24, 2025.
Prom (Dinner & Dance) is happening Thursday May 15, 2025 at The Grand Olympia from 5:30 – 9:30. Tickets are available on School Cash Online until Thursday May 1st, 2025. * Please note: The Prom is a separate event, and is not included in the Commencement fee.
Commencement Ceremony will be held at The Grand Olympia on Thursday June 12, 2025 @ 4:00 p.m. Fee is $70.00 and due Wednesday April 30, 2025 via School Cash Online (includes commencement venue, gown, cap, vee stole/year souvenir, commencement brunch and up to two guest tickets.) $5.00 – up to ONE additional ticket. * No ticket is required for student commencing.
Graduation Requirements: Student must complete 30 credits, and must have successfully completed the Literacy test to be eligible for graduation. Please see your Guidance Counsellor if you have any questions or concerns regarding your graduation status.
