Commencement Brunch is happening during timeframe 2 on Thursday April 24, 2025 in the OP Cafeteria.

Fee is $70.00 and due Wednesday April 30, 2025 via School Cash Online   Includes commencement venue, gown, cap, vee stole/year souvenir, commencement brunch and up to two guest tickets. $5.00 – up to ONE additional ticket.   * No ticket is required for student commencing.

Prom (Dinner & Dance) is happening Thursday May 15, 2025 at The Grand Olympia from 5:30 – 9:30.   Tickets are $72.00 and are available on School Cash Online until Thursday May 1st, 2025.   Please note: The Prom is a separate event, and is not included in the Commencement fee.

Commencement Ceremony will be held at The Carmens Event Centre on Tuesday June 24, 2025 @ 2:30 p.m.   1520 Stone Church Road East Hamilton, ON Doors open at 2:00 p.m. Gown Pick-up will take place Tuesday June 17th after Period 1 in Student Services.

Diplomas will be available to be picked up on July 2, 3, and 4th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at South Meadow Elementary School 23 Royce Ave, Hamilton, ON L8G 4C9
