Huntington Park – Terry Fox Day – Friday October 11th
Dear Huntington Park Families,
On Friday, October 11th, our school is proud to take part in this year’s Terry Fox School Run. It will take place around the perimeter of our school from 1:40-2:40pm. Students from Grades 2-8 will run along the sidewalks of Broker and Kingslea Drive and across the field, while students in Kindergarten and Grade 1 will take part on the blacktop and field only. Please ensure your child is wearing comfortable clothing and shoes!
Please help us continue the legacy of one of Canada’s greatest heroes, by donating to support cancer research. As of Wednesday , October 2nd you can make donations online only. We will no longer be collecting toonies on the day of the run.
