Neighbour 2 Neighbour Food Drive Update!

Dear Huntington Park Families,

As we come to close this calendar year and welcome the upcoming Holiday season, we have wonderful news to share given the contributions made by our families & students for our Neighbour 2 Neighbour food drive this year.  Our food donations were picked up from the school this Wednesday to support our community in need over the holidays and moving forward.

We are proud to share that our school wide collection added up to a grand total of 1,044 lbs in food donations.  Huntington Park’s collection  will assist over 1,700 families in our surrounding community!

On behalf of our school team, we extend our thanks to our parents & caregivers for supporting the importance of teaching our students the gift of “giving” to those in need particular during the holiday season.

This messaging was shared school wide to help our students understand the impact made when we all come together to support community.
