School Council 2022-2023

School Councils have a legislated role in schools and encourage parent involvement in support of student achievement, equity, and well-being. At the start of each year, schools are required to establish a School Council.

An election of parent members of the Norwood Park School Council will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. This will be an in-person meeting in the library. If you require remote accessibility, please notify the office so that we can send you a MS Teams invitation.

Please find the nomination forms on the school website, under School Council. You will be required to bring the nomination form to the meeting. If you are attending remotely, please email the nomination form to the office by Monday, September 19, 2022.

Note:

There will be a School Council Start-Up Session on Wednesday October 12th, 2022 – Virtual or on-site at the Education Centre (to be determined).  Light dinner at 5:30 pm to be determined – Agenda to be determined.
