Norwood Park’s Virtual Grade 8 Graduation

Grade 8 students, parents, guardians and caregivers,

Welcome to your last week as grade 8 students! This has been a year unlike any other and the way you have all worked to adapt, grow and learn in the face of unique circumstances is to be commended.

Though we were unable to gather in person to share in a traditional grade 8 graduation celebration, we have prepared a virtual grade 8 graduation for you. Please enjoy this celebration of your milestone as you finish your elementary school career and look forward to new challenges and opportunities as you begin your secondary school career.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend thanks to the following people for their dedication to this project, starting with Office Assistant Mme Beattie and Mme Robinson for their technical and design skills with the slideshow ensuring it is a first rate production, the grade 8 teachers: M. Bozic, Mme Dube, Mme Robinson, Mme Weatherly and Mme Bodner for all their work with selection of award winners. Special thanks to the Norwood Park teachers, especially Mlle Morgan and Mme Robinson for for organizing a goodbye collage. Lastly thank you to Vice Principal Mme Milinovich for all her support and advice.
